Public published map are not loading

Hi,

I have an instance installed with the development setup (builder on 3000, Mapsapi on 8181 and SQLapi on 8080) on a remote server. I created a dev user and was able to log in, import a dataset and create a map. Both the map and dataset are public. However, when sharing the public URL of this map, the map part of the page stays grey. Any idea why it is happening, some idea below?

1- Could it be a network configuration issue even though the builder is working correctly?
2- Is it because the dev user has to be configured in a certain way?
3- Is it because an organization is needed to start viewing published maps?

I found a 404 error in the logs related to named_getMapConfig when trying to view the map.
