getlatlng inconsistent when map bounce change

the getlatlng function is returning an incorrect latitude and longitude after panning or zooming or the original map bounce changes. Example, when the view is focus in the us country upon initialization and the map is dragged in the australia country. Using the drawing polygon tool, the getlatlng is not returning the correct coordinates.
