4 Shoulder Roasts • 4 Chuck Roasts • 2 Flank Steaks

120 lbs Ground Beef • PLUS: Stew Meat

Beef Short Ribs • BBQ Beef Ribs

Meaty Soup Bones • Oxtail & More.

All cows are different! - Beef processing is not an exact science. 

Some cuts must sometimes be substituted for others.


Our meat is dry aged for 2 weeks.

Delivery will be the week of December 16th.

You will be contacted  to schedule delivery.

You may also pick up your meat at the farm.

We accept cash or check at the time of delivery/pick-up.
