19 years of JOHNNY - Probably the only instance of a big star's physique in films being relatable to bakka-me. ? Also, I saw the obvious kickass Panjaa edits with Beast Mode ("Meaner, Leaner, Stronger... Can you feel the Power, Terror, Fire?") song, but are there any edits of Johnny with the same done already perhaps by using the shots from his intro, walks with the ball, right-leg kicks throughout the film and the stares he gives while tying the Johnny kerchief? If not, evaranaa ilaanti edit chesi naa mohaana kottandayyaa...
17 Years of Johnny: Johnny was a box-office dud primarily due to its languid pace at running close to 3 hours with a wafer-thin storyline, heavy expectations after a blockbuster like Kushi, but still, Kalyan's sincere portrayal of a husband who protects his wife through thick and thin, the 'PAWAN' brand of karate who holds a black belt in it and the never disappointing PK-RG musical combo made this first PK flop a memorable one for many fans like me.
Johnny is a underrated film. The movie tells about true love. PawanKalyan screen presence, make over, acting simply outstanding. And RenuDesai did an amazing performance. The chemistry between PawanKalyan & RenuDesai simply superb.
Johnny is a pawanKalyan one man show. he steals show, beginning to end. He touches martial arts. It's a favourite for pawanKalyan. RamanGogula Music/RR top notch. PawanKalyan writing & direction top notch. Climax was too good. It's Worth watching.
I never liked most of Pawan Kalyan's films and used to dislike a lot of his characters and I already hate his written films,so I was very skeptical about watching this film which combined all of these things (acting, writing, even directing).
