new map Knitter bug resolved

Hello all -- 

those trying to use Knitter (http://cartagen.org/maps) in the last couple weeks might have been frustrated with a bug when creating a new map; if you experienced some unresponsiveness as well as a tendency for your maps to have a starting position somewhere off the coast of eastern Africa, you should try again now...

Off the coast of East Africa is a common place to end up on prototype mapping software... it corresponds to a latitude and longitude of 0,0!
