How to put a Weather Layer (Wind, Rain, cloud)

Hi,

I would like to use a model do display Weather data over this framework.

Is this possible? 

And more thing, I tried to access the API Doc from Wiki but got an error.

what address did you use to access the API? The one on Github is http://cartagen.org/api/index.html and it still works...

I think weather could work... only problem is that it's often raster data. Do you have a vector data source?
