Summer Concert : Music for a Summer Evening
1 July at Carshalton Methodist Church
Tickets will be available at rehearsal. Please buy/sell as many as you can.
Posters and flyers will also be available at rehearsal - please circulate. A flyer for circulation to family, friends and acquaintances is also attached.

Following the concert some choir members will meet in the Hope Pub, 48 West Street, Carshalton. Everyone welcome..

In future registers will be on a table by the front door - please sign in as you arrive and remember to check the the last column if you intend to sing in the concert.
There will be a rehearsal on Thursday 29 June. Details to follow.

Volunteers Needed - your choir needs you..
We are always looking for help to run the choir. Currently Jan needs help in her secretarial role and Paul F is looking for help with his treasurer role. Please volunteer if you can - just speak to someone on the committee or reply to this email.

Women: Plain colour tops (can be short sleeves)/black trousers or skirts
Men: Plain colour shirts (can be short sleeves) black trousers

Guests are invited to enter as teams of up to 6 people, or arrive individually and join a team there. A contribution of £5 minimum is suggested, which will benefit Christian Aid and selected local causes.
Bring your own refreshments and snacks! Wine and beer is allowed and there may be a raffle.
