My friend Evan O'Neil at Policy Innovations (a project of the Carnegie
Institute) has done some work with climate groups and would be happy
to talk to folks about relevant organizations and pressure points in
Congress. During a brief gchat today he suggested PERI at UMass, for
example. He is also originally from MoCo County, MD like me.
