Well, as some of you may know, we are trying to decide how to handle the aspect of "lettering," that is getting a letter jacket for being in compsci.  There's the idea that possibly, instead of doing a jacket, that we instead do some sort of robe.  I was just wondering what everyone's thoughts were.  We'll still be going with a patch methinks for those who already have a jacket, but a robe would be something different and cool for those who want it.  We'll discuss this a bit more at the next meeting.

Peace,

Well, that's the whole point of having this here discussion, to see what the general consensus is.  From what I understand though, a good amount of people will be able to letter in something else, say band or something.  I was thinking the robe could be sorta just something different that would distinguish us from the rest of the jacket clubs.

Robes, I think, would be pimp.  I suppose we could have both robes and letter jackets, but it seems rather superfluous.  But I see nothing wrong with offering both.  Just need to guage what the interest is.

Robes are weird. The comp sci team is, do I daresay, already weird. We do not need to emphasize this fact. I vote no robes. Although, I am not sure if my vote counts...
