below and attached is the Brown Army Application form.  Sumant, Justin, Rapp, and I made this during Compsci, and i took it home and edited it.  if u c something that needs to b added or changed or something, plz tell me.  u can email or give me the applications at school.  (the one below is not formatted properly cuza copy and pasting, i attached the word document file to here.)
