[Carrington] How to change the home page?

Guys -
I just installed this theme on my business website and I need to work
out how I can change the layout of the home page. I need to move the
posts link to the bottom and the pages to the top (as the pages are my
main menu structure).
I can't seem to find where/what files I need to edit to achieve that.
