header - wp_title() shows old title value

Hi,
I'm using Wordpress 2.9.2 with Carrington Blog theme. I changed my
blog's name lately, and the tile hasn't changed only on the first,
main page of the blog. Everywhere else it is changed. What could cause
that? I've been deleting cache on server side and in browser before
doing the test.
