[Carrington] Carrington Mobile.. custom home page.

Hello,

I'm using the mobile plugin for a clients site, and they want a page
other then the home page to display. I'm very new to the carrington
framework, and i've tried my best to read the forums for an answer,
but i'm lost. Could anyone explain to me how to redirect the
Carrington Mobile theme to another page as its home page?
