Detailed Job Description:
1. Need to involve in requirement gathering and come up with architecture
2. Need to be involve in POC
3. Need to prepare in LDD and HDD documents
4. Need to be hands and come up with Optimized coding skillset
5. Involve in Allstate meeting and offshore meeting and mentor offshore team and co-ordination with them.
