Job Title : Certified Scrum Master
Location : Milwaukee, WI
Duration : 6+Months Contract

PASSPORT NUMBER REQUIRED

Rate : 55/hr on C2C

Must Have Skills:
1. Certified Scrum Master certification preferred  (CSM), Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 3 years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
2. Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach(example numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc)
3. Minimal of 2 years experience with JIRA, Confluence, VSTS, Sharepoint

Nice to have skills (Top 2 only)
1. Intermediate knowledge of MSProject, Project Online (aka Project Server) 2. 2  Knowledge of other Agile approaches (i.e. Kanban)

Top responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
1. Leading Scrum Team Meetings with the Development Team 2. Building a MSProject schedule representing the EPICStory dependencies 3. Guiding the team and organization on how to use AgileScrum practices and values
