The Carrick Community Council invites you and your family to our Halloween Party for children ages 12 and under.

⏰ 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
📍 Phillips Park Rec Center, 201 Parkfield Street

Enjoy an afternoon filled with games, candy, and refreshments — plus our costume contest kicks off at 1:30 PM!

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
🐾 No pets, please.

Come dressed in your best costume and celebrate Halloween with your neighbors!
