You confirm to us that you are 18 years of age or above and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement with us and that all information you provide in respect of your use of the service is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. You are responsible for the security of your password and for all transactions undertaken using your password through our service. The Password entered by you is transmitted in one- way encrypted form to our database and stored as such. Thus the Password will not be known even to IRCTC. You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions you make using the site and you alone use the "id" and "password" you have created in the site. Railways/IRCTC will not be responsible for any financial loss, inconvenience or mental agony resulting from misuse of your ID/password/credit card number/account details number for booking tickets on this site.
If you tried to make an online air booking and due to some technical error, you did't get any booking confirmation, please check you booking history or speak to customer care, before attempting another booking. IRCTC is not responsible for any double booking losses.
Cancellation of tickets can be done either by logging on the IRCTC account (online) or by calling on the customer care number toll free number (offline). 1800110139. Else you may cancel your ticket by calling up the concerned airline directly.

The User will have to contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get his/her reservation cancelled. IRCTC is in no way responsible to ensure that the ticket shall be cancelled and the sole liability to confirm the same with the airline shall lie with the User.
All cancellations done directly with the Airlines website/ office or call centre need to be intimated to IRCTC by sending mail at fli...@irctc.co.in through the registered Email id along with documentary proof/ correspondence or a copy of e- ticket duly stamped by the airlines in order to initiate the refunds process.
The cancellation charges are dependent on airlines/ fares/ fare structure and time of cancellation and solely on discretion of airlines. For all Refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. Please note that cancellation charges are subject to change by the Airline at its sole discretion and without notice to IRCTC. The cancellation charges may be verified at the time of cancellation with the airline by the User.
