Singers! Supporters of Barack Obama! Please forward this invitation to potentially interested parties–
November 2 and 4: sing and support Obama in NH!
Looking for a creative and fun way to support Barack Obama in the upcoming elections? Join myself and other like-minded singers on Sunday, November 2 and/or Tuesday, Election Day, November 4, to lend your voice for Barrack Obama in Concord, New Hampshire.
The goal: 100 people singing songs of optimism, freedom and hope. We'll sing in a public place for two-three hours midday on Sunday November 2 (11am-2pm) and late afternoon of election day (4-7pm; exact time and place TBD with the NH Obama campaign.)
I am a choral director and the organizer of the Merry Christmas Caroling Mob (
www.carolingmob.org). Singing together in harmony has always been, to me, a manifestation of optimism and cooperation; the same attributes, in short, that have steadily drawn me to the Obama campaign.
If are likewise drawn to the Obama campaign, and you like to sing– in harmony or not, in the shower or on the stage– I invite you to join in and make a joyful noise with us. For more information , or to to RSVP for the event (please!), you can either visit
www.singpositive.com, or you may email me directly:
jo...@singpositive.com . I hope to see you there!
Thank you for your interest and your time-
