1Resolution ____ of 2026. Authorize agreement with Discover Cayuga on behalf of Caroline as a member of the Tompkins County Stormwater Coalition for stormwater/watershed education services in K-12 classrooms. 

WHEREAS, Caroline is a member of the Stormwater Coalition of Tompkins County comprised of 10 municipalities, Tompkins County, and Cornell University that work cooperatively to promote and comply with EPA Phase II Stormwater regulations; and

WHEREAS, Minimum Control Measure (MCM) #1 identifies public education and outreach on stormwater impacts as a key responsibility of municipalities; and

WHEREAS, Discover Cayuga (the Floating Classroom) conducts educational programs, including “Trout in the Classroom,” for K-12 students in Tompkins County; therefore be it

RESOLVED, the Caroline Town Board hereby authorizes the Supervisor to sign an agreement between the members of the Stormwater Coalition of Tompkins County and Discover Cayuga Lake, Inc. for 2025 educational services.

2Resolution ___ of 2026. Annual Audit of Town Offices

RESOLVED, the Caroline Town Board conducted the Annual Audit of the offices of the Town Supervisor, Town Clerk, and Town Court on Tuesday, January 20, and found their accounts and record-keeping to be in good order.
