Annual conference materials were mailed out from IMA Global this week or visit imaconference.org.  Although the hotel price is pretty steep, the airfares are excellent!  Examples - currently Allegiant out of GSP is flying that week for $39.99 each way and Southwest (free bags) out of GSP is $228 roundtrip.  Rental cars companies have been running specials as well or shuttles are available but it is a long ride from the airport.  Since this is a family vacation destination, if that was in your plans, you may wish to check the endlessvacationrentals or vrbo websites for condo type units or discount on-line vendors like Orbitz, hotels.com, priceline, hotwire, bookit and others can always offer deals on rooms in the Orlando area because of the volume, if you don't mind staying some distance away from the conference facility.

I hope so! I changed jobs last month so I don't have days built up yet and that tends to be budget time for school districts but I'm going to try. That will be a good place to take my daughter...
