Hi All,
Wanted to provide some clarification to an email sent by Jeff Thompson back on October 8th. Some incompatibilities have cropped up in the databases used for the Chapter Portal such that some functionalities have had to be disabled. In particular, if you use the email blast capabilities of the portal you must request these to be manually sent by your Community Relations Associate about a week in advance. Full implementation of some other capabilities will also be affected. Please refer to his email for the full story.
IMA staff is working very hard to address the problems encountered, it is a super high priority. I applaud their efforts and ask everyone to continue to work closely with them as they roll out these enhanced Chapter and Council tools. Do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call. They are a great resource and will help in any way they can.
