Fall CPE Conference (Columbia) has been Cancelled.

Due to the extended Flooding and continued problem associated with it today the Columbia Chapter has requested we cancel the event.     When it was initially discussed about cancelling we thought it was going to be three weeks out from the event and should be fine.   The hotel did not report flooding.  However, with Columbia still on a bottled/boiled water warning and some of the major roads are just opening, we feel we need to cancel.
