Some fiddlers' conventions and music festivals for 2018..

Here's a partial list of 2018 fiddlers' conventions and music festivals in the 
Virginia-Carolina Blue Ridge region, as well as a few in Tennessee and West 
Virginia. A few have not yet announced specific dates for their 2018 event, so 
keep checking their websites, and also check websites of all the events for more 
details or changes.
