I hope you would have found all my earlier Write-Ups on various topics useful and informative. In my humble endeavor of creating legal awareness and legal updation, for my current write up, I have chosen the topic “Recent Circulars and Notifications issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs”.
The Ministry has become very active in the recent times and has issued numerous Circulars, Notification, Press Notes and Clarifications etc. It may be difficult for most of us to comprehend the meaning and implications of these Circulars as almost every day there is a new Circular or Notification followed by Corrigendum’s, clarifications etc. on the same.
With the objective of providing all the Circulars, Notification, Press Notes and Clarifications etc. at one place and to suggest the meaning and implications of them, I have taken this initiative.
I have collated almost all circulars, Notification, Press Notes, Clarification so far issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs till date for easy reference of the readers of this material.
I have attempted to analyze in detail these circulars and notifications, as it is imperative for every professional and corporate entity to have such kind of legal update on day to day basis. Now it has become the order of the day for the professional fraternity to keep themselves equipped with the recent amendments in this atmosphere to cope up with the market expectation.
I have made an attempt to give in nutshell “SYNOPSIS ON RECENT CIRCULARS AND NOTIFICATIONS ISSUED BY MCA” for the better understanding of the readers. I believe our knowledge grows when it get shared with others, therehence this small exercise.
As it is not a wrong place to mention, I am delighted to share that one of my Article was selected by Management Committee of CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT STUDY CIRCLE (CASC) as best Article among those articles published during financial year 2010 - 2011 in the CASC BULLETIN issue and further CASC has requested to receive an award in recognition of the same on 30.06.2011.
