But I can not figure out how to add us to the group page with all of
the details like when we are arriving,

Any suggestions??

Over on the right hand side you will see "Home", and then a few rows below
that a link to
"Join this group"

Once you do that, you can enter info on the page.

If you are not able to do that, then send me the info you would like to have
on there.
