Open Slots

Hello Leaders!

As of today we have at least 14 open slots until the end of the month. We did lose 4 agents to work the Fieldstone Communities.
We are now down to 33.

Would we be willing to extend an invite to other KW agents that were not part of the original group to help fill those slots and to be fully staffed at these subdivisions? This would be ideal, so they can attend the May sign up meeting tomorrow.

Hello Norma,

Let’s see if we can fill those vacant slots with the 33 agents, who are left. One suggestion would be to work only a six hour shift on those vacant slots. For example, I have Southon Ranch on the 23^rd from 10 to 2:30,

But there is a vacant slot following me from 2:30 to 7 PM. I would be willing to work that day from 12 to 7 or 11 to 6 PM, instead to cover and over lap both shifts. Same thing on the 20^th, I am at Ida Creek from 2 to ^, but could work from 12 to 6 instead. These are my thoughts, instead of opening the floor to more outside agents.
