Carmona Hills Community Report for Friday 2nd Shift

Hello Andrea,

I had one young couple to stop by yesterday afternoon. They have just started their home search and looked at the model home 8411 Bolton Hills. They are not sure if they want to buy a new home or a foreclosure. They were just out getting some ideas, but I had them to register, and I left a copy in the sales office last night. His name was Joshua Amador.

 

Also, the maintenance men were out there yesterday working on the sprinkler systems for all those model homes. They will need to come back on Monday to finish, and move a sprinkler head that in on the property of that one homeowner between our two models.

 

No other problems or issues going on out there yesterday. I left plenty of my fliers in all the info tubes too.
