Cofffee/ Playing by the fountains sometime?

Hi all,

Sorry for the lack of activity on this board.  I was wondering if anyone wanted to get together and play by the fountains sometime next week (or this weekend, actually). I know a lot of us go by there regularly.  Might be fun to do it as an organized activity.

If you have a regular time you venture down there, let me know and maybe we can coordinate.  Otherwise I might just email when I'm about to go down.  I tend to go later in the day when the sun is not as bad, but it varies based on my sons' nap schedules.

I would like to meet up sometime! I work during the week, but am home by 5:30 so could either meet up then when we take our evening walk or I could meet on a weekend.

In theory, yes.

Would anyone want to come over to the meridian Carlyle for a picnic lunch next week? Preferably Tuesday or Thursday? There is a little green space in back where we could put out some blankets and have a meet- n- greet. Might be easier to contain kids than Starbucks or the fountain.

And for those who work, I'd love to do an evening stroll around the neighborhood. Just tried it last night with the boys in their pj's and the weather was great! What time is photos for everyone?

Another thing that is walkable is local motion studios. Had anyone been there? I'd love to do a class and leave the kids in their playroom with babysitters.

Let me know if you are interested in any and all and I will actually set up a picnic/stroll/exercise thing.

Hi Di,

I'm really like the evening stroll idea, I have been looking for a partner around the neighborhood, does 4-5pm on Tues & Thur sound like a good start? As for Local Motion studio, I attend a postpartum fitness class there but I have never tried walking there. As for the picnic idea sounds like a great idea too.

I'm at the meridian on holland lane. Maybe we could meet at the Westin hotel since it's kind of in between our buildings and then we could do loops around the PTO area and the fountain area, then walk you back to Eisenhower.  This might be too ambitious. :-)

As a matter of fact, I completely forgot to walk together yesterday. I even went out for a walk around 5 with Alex but couldn't remember :( So so sorry for my absentmindedness. Such busy days make me like this. I have a guest this week and go to Korea next week but will join you if I'm available at the time you meet.
