This is absolutely unreasonable. If Flutterwave claims it sent money which was not received it is a matter of common sense that it is it’s own duty to trace the money. Until this money is received it must be clear to you that you remain liable to make the refund as it was paid into your account.
As at this morning I have ran low on electricity and this should not have happened if I received credit for the payment and if you had shown commitment to your obligation to me.
I am copying my residents association and management company to put them on notice.

I forwarded this receipt to you today in connection with my claim for the refund of an excess payment of N20,000 from the agents of an electricity company (Flutterwave). I have not received any feedback. This and other recent poor  services  explain my frustration and displeasure.

Again May I have an answer to my inquiry on this issue.
