OUR DEAR ESTATE CARLTON GATE IS REALLY VERY SICK.

Good Evening All,

Our dear estate carlton gate is really very sick.

Three things:

WATER, LIGHT AND SECURITY.

These are the major problems that has eluded solutions since i moved into this estate.

At every monthly meetings of the residence association members keep on making very good suggestions but implementation is lacking seriously.

The question now is whose duty is to implement?

To the best of my knowledge the management company should implement.

I hereby call on the management company to brief residents the immediate and long term plans to fix all the anomalies among which are:

(1) Constant failure of light infrastructures within the estate.

(2) Constant Security breaches.

(3) Lack of potable water / low pressure.

Good evening all residents, please with due respect to all, I want to know how long our agony will end in this estate, every one is dying in silence with bunch of pain of no light,no good water,no security, a very beautiful estate like carlton gate .why should we fold our arms and watch as the value of our estate go down like this. MY fellow residents I urge every body to rise up and find an urgent solution to this problems currently facing us .we all own this estate together and can not continue to see our living standard being compromised .enough is enough .we need an urgent action now before arm robbers kills someone here, GOD forbid.regards.all.roland

Dear Residents,

This is to inform all residents that EXCO is noting with keen interest the legion of mails emanating from residents in respect of the current state of the provision of services and the general maintenance of the estate. 

Exco has in the very recent past engaged the estate management company on the various matters raised in the several mails. Noteworthy is also the fact that EXCO is currently making considerable effort to meet with developer in order to re-visit these issues. 

Also, Exco will meet today to deliberate on the emergency meeting proposition and will revert accordingly today.
