On 25th of September 2022, I initially intended to purchase N20,000 units of electricity and filled the form online for this sum.
At the point of payment, I changed my mind and paid N40,000 instead. Two days later I checked my account and found that I was only credited with N20,000 instead of N40,000.
Since then it has been a ding dong affair with Deharyor and flutterwave pushing me to and fro.
I have requested for either a refund or credit to no avail and I fail to understand what is going on between these two companies.
They have investigated and found that there was an overpayment yet they have failed to either refund or credit my meter with the the full amount paid.
Flutterwave claims it refunded the money but no such money arrived to my account. I am just fed up.
I request the support of the management company and the association to compel the electricity company to do the needful.
Indeed, to say the least, Deharyor has been very unhealthy and uncooperative. It’s attitude demonstrates nonchalance notwithstanding that the money was paid into it’s account.
