1) CGERA 2016 ANNUAL FEE N25,000
2) CGERA SECURITY LEVY N60,000
3) ESTATE 2016 MANAGEMENT FEE N200,000

This is to formally inform residents that are yet to make part or full payment of 2016 Estate Management Fees to kindly do so and obtain their estate car stickers accordingly to avoid being embarrassed by the security guards.
We request residents to please discard old stickers for the 2016 stickers which are available at the management office upon payment of management fees.

PLEASE NOTE 

1.    Please instruct your domestic staff to ensure that payments are made in your name and not theirs.
2.    Kindly submit the copy/printout of any payment made via internet or bank transfer to the management office in exchange for your receipts.
3.    On no account should cash  be given to any staff of the management company to pay your dues on your behalf.
4.    All returned cheques from residents will attract a chargeas CGEMCL shall not be responsible for charges on any returned cheques.
5.    Be reminded that non-payment of the management fee by 31st December of every year shall attract a cumulative charge of 15% of total charge.
6.    CGEMCL reserves the right to disconnect any resident owing outstanding management fees and/or water bills from the estate facilities in the case of default.
