My dear President,

Thank you for your email lending support to that of the Management company just to inform Residents that they are on the verge of signing and committing us in respect of the above subject.

The initiative is laudable ,no doubt ,on the face of it,but Residents deserve not only to be informed, but to know the high points of the proposal,if not the entire details.And this has not been brought to our village meetings for proper dimensioning.

We have been burnt by 4T on this matter and we cannot afford to look stupid once again,and so soon.This is a major project for your Exco and we must strive to get it reasonably right.Your leadership cannot afford to take a back seat on this sensitive matter and just inform Residents.I have my disquiet.
