It is indeed a privilege to introduce the new EXCO of our great residents association; Carlton Gate Estate Residents Association (CGERA).

The new EXCO was duly elected by residents  who were present at the election/ residents association meeting held on Saturday 27th February 2016, to serve for a period of 2 years certain.

We are in the process of receiving handover notes from the previous EXCO which we anticipate may take a week or two.

In the meantime, we have had our first EXCO meeting and we assure our fellow residents that we will communicate our agenda and budget to all residents once we have settled down fully.

Let me use this opportunity to thank all residents for the confidence reposed in us and at the same time, encourage everyone to participate one way or the other, in consolidating the strength of our association.

I also thank the immediate past president; Mr Taiwo Ogunbodede and his EXCO of which I was a member for serving.

I must also thank the electoral committee for a job well done.

I am hopeful that we most certainly, will gain significant Ground in the coming months ahead, most especially with the invaluable input, cooperation and participation of all residents.
