Dear Friends,

Mahatma Gandhi said, "There is more to life than increasing its
speed." The practice of yoga helps slow us down so that we may more
fully enjoy the present moment. Music provides a similar gift...we are
excited to begin hosting:

Intimate Musical Evenings at Yoga One: March 1st 7pm will be our first
event in conjunction with Drawstring Media

Come sit on a blanket with friends and experience live acoustic
performances in an environment where people are there to listen and
connect. Feel free to bring and enjoy your own beverage (alcohol is
OK). We're pleased to present tri-cultural acoustic singer songwriter
Carlos Olmeda. Carlos' music transports you to a wide spectrum of
emotional and cultural destinations. He is a finalist in the
international Songwriting Competition standing out from over 15,000

angelic voiced Dawn Mitschele, voted Best New Acoustic Artist at the

$10, seating is limited to the first 50 people. We're taking
reservations for those who want to ensure they get a seat. Doors open
at 7pm, opening act begins at 7:30pm. There will be an opportunity to
mingle and meet the artists following the performances.


Deepen Your Practice, now every Sunday 6-8pm: Get inspired and take
your yoga practice to the next level. Playing with new and challenging
poses will deepen your awareness. This class incorporates inversions,
backbends and arm balances for level 3 students only please. Not open
to beginners or those with injuries / special needs. Included in all
Yoga One packages / $14 drop-in.


One Month of Unlimited Yoga for $50: Please let your friends know
about this special introductory offer. Valid for first time students
to the studio who are also local residents.


108 Sun Salutations - Spring Equinox, Friday, March 21st 7-9pm: Come
join us for our third 108 sun salutations which are both exhilarating
and meditative. Live drummers will accompany the class and the
pulsation of the breath. Included in all Yoga One packages / $14 drop-
