Varsity Council update

Hello Everyone!
The Varsity Council meeting was today. They didn't discuss a whole lot, but talked about the food drive. There are metal cage/bins outside the main gym in Athletics with posters on them for the food. We are asked to start bringing in food for it, which should help motivate others to do the same so if you have any food you can part with, that would be great! They are looking at doing some fundraisers to bring in some money a) for the Varsity Banquet and b) to donate to a charity.
I am able to attend the Tuesday meetings, but I have class during the Thursday ones. If someone is available to go to the Thursdays that would be great! Sarah, you mentioned you would maybe be able to go? For whoever does go, please bring some ideas with you for fundraisers and a can of food. Apparently pizza was supposed to have been provided at this meeting but was forgotten, so there will be pizza at the next meeting. (I'm not trying to bribe anyone to go ... its just an added benefit :P ) The next meeting will be December 3 at 11:00am in the 3rd Floor of athletics in the Conference room (across from the elevator).
I'll keep everyone updated on any information I get at Varsity Council meetings as best I can, so everyone knows what's going on.
