IMPORTANT!!!!

We have a new policy and procedures manual! You will find it in your AWARDS inbox, attached to this e-mail, on our website, blog and facebook page as well as in the Agency File Cabinet of the AWARDS Opening Menu.

Please read the attached policy and procedure manual. When you have read it (there are some changes!)

You will need to sign and return page 27 of the attached manual via fax (518) 489-2237 or e-mail (hm...@caresny.org)

If we do not have your signed copy by 2/1/14, your privileges will be removed and we will need supervisor approval AND the signed user agreement to reinstate your username.
