This is the CARES Regional HMIS training for current users who have completed the beginner training and either need the intermediate training to retain their username or would like a refresher on recording case notes and reporting. Registration for ALL attendees is required

All users must have a user agreement on file before taking this course. Please return agreements via scan or fax (athi...@caresny.org) or fax (518.489.2237) by the date of the event.

This training will be available in person and on-line simultaneously. To allow for better conversation between those in the room and those attending on-line, please try to use a telephone to call in to the webinar instead of relying on your computer, especially if it doesn't have a mic or headset; this will significantly reduce audio interference.
