About the Position:
This is a Direct Hire Solicitation for Cyber Workforce Positions. Your resume will not be reviewed for qualifications until a selection is made.

- Determine knowledge management needs supporting the 311th Signal Command (Theater) enduring mission, vision, and goals.
- Provide Knowledge Management (KM) technology solutions.
- Utilize knowledge management business processes and KM technology tools to perform the full scope of technology support.
- Implement KM principles and work practices within the organization.
- Setup, prepare, and deliver improved knowledge management networks, processes, and product development.
- Prepare proposal for the integration of the improved technology.
Travel Required
Occasional travel - Up to 20% Business Travel required.

- Federal employees in Honolulu County, Hawaii are currently entitled to receive a 10.99% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. This is subject to change.
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE - This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes determining best technological tools to utilize; implementing knowledge management practices; improving knowledge management networks; and designing improved technological solutions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.Education
