    You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Workload Planning Branch of FLTREADCEN EAST.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop methods to measure the impact of improved information management/knowledge management (IM/KM) on organizational operations
    • Prepare a report or assessment to present conclusions of ordnance business process analysis
    • Conduct business case analysis or cost benefit analysis (e.g., competency development, gap analysis, human capital demand signals) to develop cost models for workforce training.
    • Implement process improvement (e.g., eliminate waste, improve product quality, enable faster workload, decrease customer costs) to improve business and operational processes
    • Interpret, analyze, and correlate statistical information about organizational mission functions, workload, or productivity

    • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Production, Quality and manufacturing Level I. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.

    Qualifications

    Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) applying analytical and evaluating methods and techniques to improve program effectiveness. 2) knowledge of manufacturing resource planning II philosophies and principles for effective planning of resources. 3) Experience in depot work operations, trades and shop practices evaluating productivity. 4) Developing new or modified methods, organizational structures, management processes, and/or program administrative procedures. 5) create training programs to educate users on the systems capabilities and requirements.
