We are continuing to recruit PhD students in plant evolutionary genetics,
experimental evolution, and ecological genetics in tropical ecosystems
(various funding streams including internal Berkeley and Howard Hughes
Medical Institute).

*Brief description*:
- Topic: understanding rapid evolutionary adaptation in plants in the
context of global change (see more in the Flyer).
- Background: integrative!, can be bioinformatics, evolution experiments,
ecology & biodiversity.
- $52,000/year minimum, with yearly increases (highest step from union
contract)
- 5 years of funding secured
- Research-focus (only two classes of co-teaching as TA in 5 years)
- Top research environment: www.berkeley.edu
