I also want to let you know that we have just opened up our application period for students interested in our program for summer 2024. If you know of a strong advanced undergraduate student who would benefit from a summer research experience on the Chesapeake Bay, I encourage you to share our information with that student. We select undergraduates in diverse disciplines, including engineering, biology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, toxicology, ecology, and marine and environmental science. In particular, we encourage students from colleges and universities where access to marine science and research opportunities is limited and who are from groups underrepresented in science, technology, engineering, and math.
