It looks like an elaborate scam. The page is mocked up to be a news
page but is really just and add for their services.
The trouble is, almost all, maybe even all of these ads are scams
designed to get people to pay with little hope of any return.
I don't the specifics on this one but it certainly doesn't pass the
smell test on first look.
