CareerCamp vs Job Fairs

I am thinking of writing up a piece on how CareerCamp differs from job fairs and traditional conferences and I wanted to get your input. What do you think are the biggest and best ways CareerCamp differs from these events? Is there a way that they might compliment each other?

Secondly, I am also looking for Twitter length career tips to include in the CareerCamp Twitter feeds and blogs. My usual formatting looks like this, with no more than 140 characters (of course)
