Description:
• This person will work with the RM Data Layer Team to assist in developing the RM data warehouse
• Position will perform ELT (extract, load and transform) to bring data from many source systems into the Data Warehouse
• Looking for an individual willing to develop skills within MPP database systems, as well as having experience with MSSQL Server
• The role is also responsible to handle UI Web Application SQL Server Database deployment tasks using TFS and Git
Tasks to be Performed:
• Extract, load and transform (ELT) enterprise data into the data warehouse
• Monitor performance and reliability of load processes
• Development and Troubleshooting of ETL/ELT Jobs
• Translate user requirements for reporting and analysis into data warehouse deliverables
• Understand the UI Web Application master data and metadata and perform the SQL Server Database deployment tasks using TFS and Git
Required Skills:
• Experience with SQL Server and SSIS
• Experience developing SQL server objects e.g., tables, views, stored procedures, UDFs.
• Strong T-SQL skills
• Experience in performance tuning in a SQL environment
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience in using the Visual Studio, TFS & Git.
