As Pod lead, the resources should hold below expertise:
1. Expertise hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, Java Script, React JS, Bootstrap.
2. Able to connect with their existing backend system.
3. Code Repository tool is Bit bucket.
4. Able to implement CI/CD.
5. Expertise hands-on experience in unit testing tools.
6. Knowledge or working experience in Google polymer is good to have.
7. Profound knowledge on working in Progressive Web applications.
8. Knowledge on Cordova.
