My house maid’s son(Bizal) was diagnosed to have Acute Myeloid Leukemia(Blood Cancer) and doctor advised to initiate the treatment as early as possible as there is a risk of disease moving to the next stage . She is in need of financial support to provide treatment for her son(10 years). She is from a very poor family and doesn’t have anyone to provide financial support at this juncture. The total cost of treatment will be approximately Rs6 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs. Kindly refer the attached document for complete details.

If you wish to support this boy, please draw your cheque /DD in favour of “Kanchi Kamakoti Child Trust Hospital” and in the backside of cheque/DD write the name as ’ Bizal’. You can hand over the cheque/DD to me or post it to my office address.

FYI: Short note about this disease

Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is cancer that starts inside bone marrow, the soft tissue inside bones that helps form blood cells. The cancer grows from cells that would normally turn into white blood cells. Acute means the disease develops quickly.
