Dear Friends,

Here's the minutes of our ostensibly first meeting on 27th July over last weekend.

Please let me know of any corrections or changes in the proposals. Many thanks to Saravanan for helping me compose this MoM :)

Care N Share MOM - 27-July-2013/ Attendees: Saravanan, Chandru, Mani, Viswa Janani & Muthuvel

Topics Discussed and Proposals:

1. Creating Mission

Draft: Offer or Aid in providing fundamental education to the poor to make them self-sufficient

2.Identifying various Roles in Care-N-Share team.

3.Volunteers meeting should be conducted by every second staturady of a month at common place.(place will be decided later).

4. New members Mani & Viswa Janani have joined in our group.

5.They will take the responsibility of following event.

5.1 Renovation of Care & Share Facebook page.

5.2 Addition of team members

5.3 planning for next event.

6.All members in Care-N-Share should joing Care-N-Share's Facebooks.

7.Re-initiating existing team members.

8.Sumathi will Manage mail communications and send remainder for monthly

- Share all messages and events to Care-N-Share group.

- Add new membsers to Care-N-Share group mail.

- Send reminder for monthly contributors.

9.Chandru has to update other groups information in our data base.

10.Planning for website creation.

11.To Create awarness about Care-N-Share to students.

12.Adopt two schools for our goals and achivements.

13. Offer fundamental education to poor people is our main objective .

14. Extending our support to Tree Plantation, Blood Donation, Awarness about Rain Water Harvesting.

Action Items:

1.Mani & Visva Janani will take the leadship for the First Event. They will come up with ideas as soon.

2.Renovation of Care-N-Share face book page - Mani & Janani.

3.Addition of new team members - All Team Members.

4.Each Member in Care-N-Share should join FaceBook link.

5.Website creation - Owner:(Mani/Janani/Muthu)

6.Re-initiating existing team members - Sumathi will send remainder mails regularly.

7.Volunteers meeting should be conducted by evey second staturday - Action Owner - Sumathi

8.Making a database of various contacts w.r.t specialization (handing Aged, Blind, Orphans etc...) - Owner: Chandru/Saravanan

Time for Thought:

a) Identifying what makes well-known Educations Instituations (Govt/Private) from that of Poor/Struggling Govt counterparts

b) Could we provide these missing characteristics to these Govt Schools to make them produce sound Children? This could be in terms of providing infrastructure, training and knowledge
