Melissa Roth, Intellectual Property Counsel at Burberry (and Cardozo alum!)
Wednesday, November 17 at 12pm in Room 102
Melissa Roth is intellectual property counsel at Burberry and is responsible for all of Burberry's intellectual property enforcement for the Americas. Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cardozo with a concentration in intellectual property law. She was a member of the Order of the Coif and Cardozo Law Review and was a receipient of the Louis D. Brandeis Award. Prior to joining Burberry, Melissa was an IP associate specializing in trademark and patent litigation at Orrick, Herrington, and Sutcliffe LLP.
Come learn about Melissa's career path from Cardozo law student to IP Counsel at luxury fashion and accessories brand Burberry. Melissa will speak about her current role at Burberry, as well as trademark, internet law, and anti-counterfeiting issues. Melissa will also answer questions from students.
Snacks will be provided, but please feel free to bring your lunch as well!
