Samsung GT-S5690 (Xcover) Bluetooth Issue with Polar Wearlink

I have a samsung Xcover phone (droid 2.3.6) that came pre-loaded with
cardio trainer, the issue I have is the Polar Bluetooth wearlink unit
gets paired with the phone (under the bluetooth settings and on the CT
app) but the BPM will not show on the cardio trainer app. I
downloaded another polar bluetooth application and this finds the
Polar wearlink unit and displays the BPM. I have tried the cardio
trainer app and polar on another phone, which displays the BPM. It
sound like there is a software / hardware compayability issue (my
phone has been replaced) can any one assit with this querry or let me
know if you have a similar problem?

Yes, everyone that fell for the Polar Bluetooth scam has this problem,
and they refuse to fix the bugs. It's not your phone, it's the
software.
